One Contractor for Projects Big and Small

We are JHR Home Improvement Service LLC, a general contractor serving homeowners and businesses throughout Farmington, NM. Over the past 24 years, we have learned that good work speaks for itself, so we focus on the details that make a finished project feel solid and look sharp. Whether you own a single-family home or run a commercial property, our crew treats every job with the same care and shows up ready to work.

Our hands stay busy across a wide range of projects. We handle tile installation for kitchens, bathrooms, and entryways, along with broader flooring installation when you want a full room refreshed. Out in the yard, we take on paver installation for patios and walkways, pour and shape new concrete, and tackle concrete repair when older surfaces start to crack and settle. We also do fence installation to give your property privacy and curb appeal, plus fence repair when a storm or time has worn a section down.

Inside and out, color changes everything, which is why interior painting and exterior painting are a big part of what we do. A careful coat of paint can make a tired room feel new or protect your siding against the New Mexico sun and wind. We are bilingual in Spanish and English, so we can walk every client through the plan clearly, answer questions as the work moves along, and make sure nothing gets lost in translation.

We keep things straightforward from the first conversation to the final walkthrough. Estimates are free, we carry insurance, and when a job allows it, we offer same-day service to keep your project moving. We also look after the people in our community with senior citizen and referral discounts, plus specials for first-time customers. If you have a project in mind, reach out and let us take a look so we can give you an honest plan and a fair quote.
